TYPO3, n8n and Odoo: Automating license requests for SEGGER in CRM
For SEGGER, we connected the TYPO3 license request form to Odoo via n8n. Around 130 to 140 requests per month are now automatically matched to contacts and logged as categorized helpdesk tickets. This takes the load off the support team and replaces manual data entry.
