We don't count hours. We deliver results.
Your digital agency as a permanent part of your success. No bureaucracy, no timesheets — just full focus on what actually moves your business forward. Clients like pfmmedical and SEGGER rely on this model because it simply works.
Our philosophy: outcomes over overhead
Why we got rid of timesheets.
Traditional agency models are built around one question: "How long will that take?" We ask a more important one: "What will that do for you?"
Every hour we used to spend on documentation, justification, and billing micro-tasks was wasted energy. We put that time where it belongs: directly into your digital product. We don't evaluate features by effort — we evaluate them by the impact they have on your goals and your customers.
And since you've got better things to do than review a line-by-line invoice at the end of every month: skip the paperwork and put that time into your next digital idea. That's a better use of everyone's time.
Your dedicated team. No ticket queue.
Autonomy and speed — for your projects.
Forget anonymous support portals. With us, you work with a dedicated team that knows your strategy, understands your tech stack, and thinks ahead.
- Strategy and execution in one place: We're your external digital unit. Consulting and implementation come from the same team.
- Direct communication: You talk straight to the people building your product. No ticket system, no Chinese whispers.
- Proactive ideas: We don't wait to be asked. Our team actively brings suggestions — whether it's improving conversion, streamlining processes, or spotting technical opportunities.
The benefits at a glance
- ROI-driven: Every initiative is measured by its real business impact — not by how long it took.
- Predictable costs: One fixed monthly fee, no surprises on the invoice.
- Faster time-to-market: Without administrative overhead, your ideas go live faster.
- Always up to date: Proactive care instead of reactive firefighting.

Frequently asked questions about our retainer model
Is there a minimum contract term?
Yes, there's an initial minimum term of 6 months — good working relationships take a little time to find their rhythm. After that, the contract runs on a rolling monthly basis. We're in this for partnerships that genuinely work for both sides.
What happens if there’s less to do in a given month?
Our retainer isn't a bucket of hours you draw down. You're paying for permanent access to our team, our expertise, and proactive stewardship of your application. During quieter months, we use that capacity to work on things that pay off in the background — improving load times, clearing technical debt, rolling out security updates. So your system is always one step ahead.
Does the retainer cover large projects like a full redesign?
The retainer covers the ongoing care, consulting, and continuous development of your existing application. Large, self-contained projects — a full redesign, a platform migration, or integrating a complex third-party system like an ERP or PIM — are still planned and budgeted as separate projects. That keeps things transparent and ensures major initiatives get the dedicated focus they deserve.
How is the monthly fee determined?
Every business is different. The fixed price depends on factors such as:
- complexity of your system
- number of editors/users
- required service levels (e.g. response times)
We review the setup together once a year to ensure it still fits your needs.
Why don’t you offer hourly billing?
Because we believe time tracking is the wrong metric for success. We want our team thinking about how to solve your problem in the best possible way — not how to justify the next hour on a timesheet. That saves everyone time and keeps the focus where it belongs: on your results.
