Substanzmedia GmbH operated the online platform substanzcheck-portal.com, which digitized the purchase and sale of companies and the search for investments as well as the processing of succession arrangements. As the only platform of its kind worldwide, the presentation of individual companies took the form of separate microsites.
In 2016, Substanzmedia GmbH commissioned Marketing Factory with the technical and content-related expansion of the already existing online presence. The first step was to define the various target groups and their individual needs. The further optimization measures were then aligned with these findings.
For Substanzmedia a company blog based on WordPress was set up to offer users even deeper insights into the process of selling a company. The managing directors of Substanzmedia GmbH blogged there regularly about news from the industry, interesting offers and general tips & tricks for the company sale / succession planning. The blog served to present expertise on a wide range of specialist topics relating to the purchase and sale of companies, as well as to increase the reach for potentially interested parties.
Marketing Factory took over the online presences (corporate website and company portal) of Substanzmedia GmbH at the beginning of 2016 and developed them steadily over the course of the customer relationship. Projects included the implementation of an English language version as well as the optimization of the company search.
