Marketing Factory has already been commissioned several times by wolfcraft GmbH to relaunch its website. The back ground to this relaunch was, among other things, a new online strategy, during the course of which a new design was incorporated and the website was migrated to TYPO3 CMS. During the last relaunch, completed in the spring of 2014, the focus was once again on the design of the website. The wolfcraft website was to be redesigned using a responsive web design to ensure the best possible presentation and operation independent of the output device used.
A striking feature of the wolfcraft website is its product catalogue whereby 2,500 items can be simply imported from a central product information management system via an XML interface and using the TYPO3 commerce extension. The indexed_search extension also provides customers with a convenient search function, which includes the entire website as well as the company’s product catalogue in the search.
The website was implemented for five different languages and thus is intended to be extended to 19 languages. Other measures, including the expansion of the search function and a stronger orientation towards the target group, will follow to offer visitors to the website an even more convenient experience.
